Next Steps
Now that you've got your dulcimer tuned, it is time to play some tunes!
1. One strategy is to play the songs or tunes you've known the longest (lullabyes, playground songs, Sunday School) so that you are not learning a new song AND a new instrument.
2. Another strategy is to find a club or group to play with, sometimes they have suggestions and guidance about what has worked for them.
3. We created DulcimerCrossing to provide instruction from square one, so another strategy is to become a member of DulcimerCrossing and take the Absolute Beginning Course for Hammered Dulcimer.
4. If a monthly membership doesn't fit with you, you can always purchase an ala carte course (which has ALL the same information and lessons as the one available to members.
