1. | Demonstration of the Tune by Linda Thomas with Dan Delancey | Linda and Dan give us a demonstration of this fine tune! |
2. | Part A: Phrase 1 | After noting the form of this tune, Linda walks us through it, phrase by phrase beginning with the first part of the first phrase of the A section. |
3. | Part A: Phrase 1, Continued | We continue with the rest of Phrase 1. |
4. | Part A: Phrase 2 | Now we notice the step-wise pattern on the Left Side of the Treble Bridge for the second phrase. |
5. | Part A: Phrases 1 and 2 | Now Linda helps us put those two sections together. |
6. | Part A: Phrases 3 and 4 | Because the third phrase is a repeat of the first one, we don’t have to spend as much time learning it and we pick up the final part of the A section on the right side of the Treble bridge. |
7. | Part A All Together | Now Linda shows us how to put all the pieces of the A section together. |
8. | Part B: Phrase 1 | Turning our attention to the second half of the tune, we explore the first phrase of the B section. |
9. | Part B: Phrase 2 | Here is the bridge-crossing part of the tune. |
10. | Part B: Phrases 3 and 4 | Like in the A section, the third phrase of the B section is the same as the first, so we can focus our attention on learning the final fourth phrase. |
11. | Part B All Together | Finally, Linda puts all the of the B section pieces together, and you have all the parts that comprise this tune, as demonstrated at the beginning! |
